PROFESSIONAL SITE INSPECTION AND
LANDSCAPE EVALUATION
A written assessment of the existing landscape,
including identification of all shrubs and ornamental
plants, with a recommendation for disease and
insect controls, pruning and improvement of soil
condition.
Duration: 1 1/2 hours..............$60.00 (average lot
size)
(Any additional time is billed at $20.00 per hour)
LANDSCAPE DESIGN (On-site sketching)
Landscape planning, conducted on-site.
Sketches are drawn to approximate scale and
labeled to indicate shrubs and ornamental plant
recommendations. Normally used to add to an
exisiting landscape as a way to update and enhance.
This method of design is only appropriate for small
yards or a particular section of the landscape
because of time limitations.
Duration: 3 hours....................$180.00 (flat)
FORMAL LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Scaled drawn plans. Fully detailed and clearly
labeled. Design fees vary depending upon the
overall scope of the project at hand, and are
calculated on a 'per hour' rate.) Portfolio available.
